FAQs - Frequently asked questions 

1.) How fast is shipping: 1-2 business days for in stock items AND up to 2 weeks for personalized items!!!
2.) Preorder dates are listed in the post.  These are approximate dates.  We can't control USPS or UPS shipping.

4.) Returns - We accept returns on tagged, unworn, unwashed items within 2 weeks of ship date for a refund.  After 2 weeks you have 30 days from the ship date to exchange for something else of same value.  Customer pays the shipping both ways on returns unless it's our fault.  There is a 10% restock fee on all items returned for a refund.
5.) Incorrect address - please make sure that your mailing address is correct.  We ship to the address you have listed and we will not be responsible if the item goes to an old address.  
 6.) PERSONALIZED, SPECIAL ORDERS, and SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE. No exchanges. No refunds.
7.) Mask sizing - Mask age groups are approximate since these hand made items have slightly difference in measurements. Mask size chart base on measuring from the bridge of the nose to end of chin for height. Know your or your child size before ordering. Please ask for extra elastic if you were not sure how the ear loop fitted.
